If you are a new RETAILER (to WHP) and would like to carry our line of New England "Counter Cards" please call us, so that we may establish an account. We like to receive payment in full for first order, after which you may place your order by e-mail or by phone and orders will be billed net 30. Once an account has been established and you wish to place your order via the web you may order using the

The cards are "everyday counter cards" (sold in packages of 10 ea. w/ env.).

Terms and Conditions

- All New Accounts (and orders under $50.00 minimum) must be PREPAID.

- Terms are NET 30 (except for new accounts and orders under $50.00 minimum).

- Opening Order Minimum : 8 packs of ten cards ...MINIMUM RE-ORDER$50.00 .

- For Orders under $50.00 send check with order PLUS $5.00 service charge Plus $5.00 Shipping Charge.

- A Service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to overdue accounts.

- $25.00 charge for returned checks

- Re-orders may be phoned, faxed, mailed or e-mailed.

- Orders are shipped best way, please indicate if specific carrier is required.

- Claims on Packing and/or Shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receipt;
merchandise is otherwise non-returnable.
